I loved the pointed end meant it was easy for direct clitoral stimulation. It was also fun to flip over, lay on the wave, and use the ridge in the middle for stimulation. You can hold it on a nipple, a penis, perineum; it’s the swiss army knife of vibrators!

Given that it’s pretty thin, you can also use it on your clit during penetrative sex, as it’s not going to get in the way! It’s also lovely and soft, so if it does get in the way, it won’t be uncomfortable like a hard bullet vibe.

Light and Quiet

I found the vibrations to be but if you prefer a lighter vibration, this is a good option.

The Romp Wave is USB rechargeable, so you don’t need to worry about using batteries. Instead, the toy comes with a charging cable; once charged, it will run for up to 60 minutes before another power-up is needed. 

The battery life was a downside for me, as it meant I would have to remember to charge it after every use.

Though I have to give a quick thumbs up to how fast the vibe took to charge up!

The portable nature of the toy is also a big plus. It means it can join you anywhere. So whether going to a quick hookup or a romantic holiday getaway, you can charge the toy and throw it in your bag to spice up your trip.

In my opinion, the unique shape of this toy is what made me love the toy the most. Just like a wave in the ocean, the Romp Wave arrives in just one calming, aquatic blue with a unique wave-like structure. 

The wave is made with a delicate soft silicone which is tantalizing on the body. This also means that the toy is flexible and can be manipulated to your ideal shape. 

Because of its flexible nature, it molds to the skin in a smooth, natural way which provides authentic pleasure. One of the features I enjoyed was pulling the top back and gently bending and snapping it to stimulate the clitoris. It’s easy to do this for self-pleasure and even more exciting when someone else is in control.

It works well over underwear or bare skin, depending on your preference.

In addition, the size of the Romp is excellent if you want something small and discrete. It is only palm-sized and flat, which makes it very easy to hide, as well as being perfect for traveling. 

However, this doesn’t work for those who prefer vibrators with a clear handle. If you need pressure and movement to get off, the wave doesn’t have a handle, so it can be tough to move up and down and side to side. Also, the vibrations aren’t as strong as other vibrators on the market, so combined, this toy wouldn’t do it if you need a little oomph in your vibes. 

In terms of the settings, though, this toy has a good selection. The vibrator arrives with six different vibration speeds and four exciting patterns.

It’s one of the most affordable toys on the market, and it has so much to offer!

It has a fantastic selection of vibration speeds and patterns, so the user can get lost in the combinations. Unlike other competitors, it is not limited to the bedroom. It can give you underwater pleasure, and its small, thin shape makes it transportable and easy to store.

The flexible, soft shape means that it can be shaped to fit everyone, and can be personally tailored to the individual’s needs. The bendiness combined with its vibrations is what makes it, so fun to play with.

In addition, you can use this toy and keep your privacy. It arrives in subtle packaging that doesn’t give the contents away, which is perfect for those sharing a home with others. As well as this, it makes very little noise, even on the highest setting.

One drawback of this toy is that its battery life could be longer. There are so many ways to use this toy, so sometimes an hour isn’t long enough, and remembering to charge it after every use is tedious.
